We offer free delivery within our area of delivery, in orders over £49.99. Redelivery will be charged, depending on the costumer address. Contact us if you have any query about Redelivery.
There is no limit of weight or value on our deliveries.Feel free to add as many products as you wish, depending on availability.
We aim to deliver your orders within 5 working days. The delivery time and day will be confirmed by the supplier during our time scale for deliveries.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you provided when you place your order. The delivery address should be the same as the one registered in your bank society you have used when you paid for the items. If you wish the delivery to be done in a different address please use the comments box on checkout or send an email to email@example.com.
We can deliver to a different address (must be under a mile from your registered address) or the goods can be received by a different person, but we need to be notified by email (minimum 24h prior your delivery) or use the comments box on checkout.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier’s control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
We do not leave orders unattended . It is necessary to always have someone receiving your products, so delivery note can be checked and signed. After the order has been checked and signed, we are not responsible for any shortages or wrong items delivered.
All frozen and chilled goods must be placed in a freezer or a fridge upon receipt of your order. These products must be carefully checked upon receipt of your order and a member of our team must be notified at the moment of delivery if any product isn’t up to standards. Please note we refuse any claims from chilled and frozen items if not mentioned on delivery.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
If you are unhappy with any of your products you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to perishable goods such as cheese, charcuterie and frozen. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will aim to respond to your enquiry or complaint within 7 days to discuss how to proceed. Refunds will be arranged at our discretion.
